which kind of house is cheapest?

ok i would like to buy a chunk of land and build my own house when i get older. so what kind of house is cheaper.
like a geodesic, monolithic, straw, clay, underground, cinder block, standard. etc. i need electricity and running water. (self sufficient or not.) also what are the advantages and disadvantages to the houses. and which one is more weather proof. i live in Oklahoma so there will be tornadoes every once in a while and usually there is rain. however because i live in Oklahoma the weather is unpredictable.
