I’m bored. I live in Maine. Most outside chores and things are put on hold until the spring, and I’ve been having increasing desires to be self-sufficient. That includes growing food and raising animals for food, neither of which are good to start in the winter time, obviously. But I’d love to do other things for the home as well. I’ve got a lot of space and live in a small town, and I’m looking for things I can do (other than cleaning and such) to save some money here and there as well as be more productive. In other words, I’m looking to create, build, or store things that can be used in a short term or long term capacity. Any ideas?
