Does anyone know if the process is the same? Will it work just the same or will the shelf life be different?</p>
<p> I don&#8217;t want to give someone a jar of homemade almond butter and have them pop the lid after a month and find mold inside. Of course it will be refrigerated after opening just like jam.<br />
I googled this topic and can&#8217;t find any information on the preservation process.</p>
