<description>This site is a good start in raising pigs.
1.http://www.goodbyecitylife.com/barn/pigs.htm
2. Do not let pigs roam free, they often run away and is the number 1 cause of feral pigs in the United States. Feral pigs destroy vegetation, are dangerous, and pests.
3. You need a very sturdy wiring or sheep type fencing since pigs can root under fences and slip through slates. You will have to regularly check the fencing often to be sure they are not testing the strength and finding weakness. Pigs are extremely intellegent.
4. Yes they need it and your vet can tell you a good schedule to keep them on. Give them a call now to get an idea of what it cost for each pig and how often. Especially if you let them roam in a large enclosure they are subject to get stuff from the ground.
5. They are sensitive to direct sunlight, They need to stay hydrated, and need a good brushing every so often.
6. No its not, if you keep them cool, moist, and out of the sun they dont need it but tend to make one any way cause their main goal is ROOTING in the dirt. This behavior naturally makes a mud puddle during wet weather and they will make a wallow if you are not keeping them out of the sun enough. Mud is a natural sun screen.
7. Weaned Piglets.

Birds
1. You need to research birds. They are relatively easy if you do some training and asking of bird handlers. This sight will give you a few other sites to check out
http://www.poultryhelp.com/link-poultry.html
2. You cant, predators of birds come from all spectrum of the animal kingdom. Dogs, Cats, Weasels, Fox, Raccoons, Birds of prey. They are all predatory on fowl. The best is to have some big male geese around they are good about scaring certain animals away but they are still at risk. Just be vigilant and have a place for them to shelter at night that is secure.
3. All ducks and Geese fly you need to clip there flight feathers to keep them grounded.
4. Not necessarily coops but at least a secure shed with sleeping boxes and/or cleanable flooring. Its not a great idea ot cram all those different types of birds together. I would make 2 or 3 sheds and seperate some of the types. Geese tend to be very dominant and aggressive. Also Turkeys too. </description>
