How self sufficient would you say you are? Say for example if there was a major disaster in your area?

Would you be able to survive with out any food or water?
Or any Electric power?
What are the steps you have taken or will take to prepare yourself for future events?
Do you currently have your own garden or farm?
Do you think that most food just comes from the Grocery store supper market or places like that?
Do you think you would make it in a natural or man mad disaster?
