I’m not talking about going green or anything. I mean living self-sufficient. I plan on buying a house with some good yard property, and growing my own food, raising chickens, stuff like that. It saves tons of money for food you get at grocery stores, and I can sell my excess at markets. I’ve also heard about this thing called a Bloom Box, which uses oxygen and natural gases in the air to create your own energy, so… looking to the future.
But I’m still in high school, and will be going to college. I still want to use my computer and things, but I’m working on using them less. So, how can I simplify my life in a house run by parents (haha)?
Crops grown in different years are dried, stored, and used later. Seeds from the crops can also be saved for next year, so it’s almost a one-time buy. The markets are local around near where i live – farmers from all over come to sell. I can buy things that I don’t grow from there if not just a garden market like Dzen’s. Solar is also a great idea – definitely not as expensive as Bloom Box.
So, i’ve asked this question twice. I got 4 answers. Only one was serious. All you other guys are serious bastardi.
