Does anyone know about bean sprouts? Well I would like to know if you can grow them straight out of the bag from the grocery store or do you have to get seed packages. And is there any other foods you can sprout to eat and if so what are their nutritional value? I just wanted to start growing my own food because of the food crisis happening!! Thanks for your input, much appreciated!!!
