Do never make contact with your teeth and lemon. Lemon is acid to your teeth. You can drink lemon juice, but always use a sorbet.

Add lemon juice to water or tea, to drink it with a meal. If you’ve just finished a big meal, you can eat a lemon as if it were an orange. Don’t consume lemon juice on an empty stomach.
